New Video! Visit to CEPC Toliman

This month, we received a very special visit from another local NGO, Community Finance Guatemala. The team had a blast showing them around the community center at CEPC Toliman.

Watch the video to listen to Maria's reflections on her visit, "“I can see the generosity, love and sacrifice of this group that has been protecting the treasures Guatemala has to offer.”

We hope you all can visit one day too! Please enjoy these photos in the meantime :)

In 2024, the Re:Earth grant supported CEPC Tolimán’s transformation—connecting the center to electricity for the first time, deepening native permaculture with cacao and melipona bees, and hiring its first full-time Maya team member. Over 70 participants joined workshops that strengthened food sovereignty and ancestral ecological knowledge in Quixayá, Guatemala.
