We are excited to announce we have been selected to join the inaugural cohort of the GreenCheck Network! GreenCheck is a climate action network run by passionate students from Yale-NUS university in Singapore. They'll be supporting us with fundraising efforts, as well as connecting us additional skill-based support. The other four partners in the network are amazing climate focused organizations in Southeast Asia and Latin America (Colombia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines). In 2024, the Re:Earth grant supported CEPC Tolimán’s transformation—connecting the center to electricity for the first time, deepening native permaculture with cacao and melipona bees, and hiring its first full-time Maya team member. Over 70 participants joined workshops that strengthened food sovereignty and ancestral ecological knowledge in Quixayá, Guatemala.
