Recent photos from a workshop for young people from various organizations and communities, hosted at CEPC Toliman. The objective of the workshop was to share ancestral practices with the next generation, specifically focusing on Community Permaculture in the tropics.

In 2024, the Re:Earth grant supported CEPC Tolimán’s transformation—connecting the center to electricity for the first time, deepening native permaculture with cacao and melipona bees, and hiring its first full-time Maya team member. Over 70 participants joined workshops that strengthened food sovereignty and ancestral ecological knowledge in Quixayá, Guatemala.
